Manchester-based dealer Bianco Group has installed a Krupps pizza basket washer at Gioia Pizza & Deli (formerly Lievito) in South Kensington, London.
The EL55E undercounter warewasher was specified as it was deemed suitable to fit within the small area available.
This machine is capable of washing 22 pizza plates, using GN1 H65 trays, or pizza baskets with dimensions of 60 x 40 x 70mm.
This WRAS approved product with sanitation washing programs, was said to satisfy the necessary high standard of hygiene.
Domenico Di Giorgio, executive director at the deli’s parent company Zero965 Ltd, stated: “For our Gioia Pizza & Deli we have chosen a high quality product in order to perfectly match our needs.”
The machine was installed on 10 June, and there will be a further installation soon for a glasswasher with a reverse osmosis system at another Zero965 Ltd site.
