Maidaid plans free training course for dealer sales and service staff

Maidaid’s glasswashers have two filtration levels comprising of a wash pump filter basket and a raised debris collection filter ring over the wash tank sump.

Maidaid Halcyon is holding a free training course next week as part of the distributor education programme it runs on a monthly basis.

The one-day event, on Wednesday 11 April, kicks off at 10am and will give dealers a comprehensive overview of its latest warewashing products and new developments within the industry.

Attendees will be updated on the latest water board regulations, instructed how to prevent and resolve common issues and offered guidance on how to specify the right machine for the job.

There will be full training on the Maidaid range, including accessories, with the day finishing with a quiz where the winner will receive a prize. Lunch is included.

Maidaid promotes its free training courses for distributors’ sales and service personnel by open invite on a four-weekly basis.

“We normally work on a monthly format but we are flexible enough to adapt to distributors needs, further more we can also tailor our courses with the aim of reducing unnecessary call out charges,”’ said sales director Julian Lambert.

“Training is constantly reviewed by Maidaid Halcyon and feedback actioned to enhance the training experience for others moving forward. Due to the extremely positive feedback we believe we are offering some of the best industry training currently available, with our aim of keeping training very informal and retaining a light and humorous touch we appear to have a winning formula along with a winning product.”
