LLK operating as usual despite nearby fire

LLK's new demo kitchen is part of its Oldham facility.

Italian equipment importer and supplier, Linda Lewis Kitchens (LLK), was temporarily forced out of its new home in Oldham yesterday due to a fire at the neighbouring Maple Mill building.

Despite operating from a nearby temporary office yesterday, LLK has now been able to gain access to its own building again today.

The team are still processing orders and handling all dealer requests as normal, and with its warehousing facility only out of action for one day, LLK believes deliveries should be unaffected.

A demolition team will be razing the Maple Mill building today, but LLK is hoping to continue to operate throughout this process.

  1. Phew! I am sure that Oldhams finest, Fire & Rescue Service had matters under control very quickly. Let’s hope that the razing of the building cause little disruption to the LLK team.
