Oldham-based Linda Lewis Kitchens has signed a partnership agreement with Friulco to supply its range of dough rounders and dividers.
The supplier can now provide pizzerias and other food service outlets in the UK with products from the Italian manufacturer, which has been operating in its home market since 1984.
The Friulco LLKDR10 dough rounder can produce 40-300kg of dough balls per hour, at a portion weight of between 50-1,200g, which is said to create a finished, uniform product that looks as though it has been hand-produced.
Portions are supposed to be rounded and closed without any manual effort. The stainless steel machine is designed to be easy to use and take up little space, measuring 78 x 78 x 59cm.
