Italian brand catering equipment importer, supplier and servicer, Linda Lewis Kitchens, has scored an early coup for its new North Wales service division, by becoming part of the service back-up team supporting the growth of Italian dishwasher manufacturer, Krupps, within the UK.
The service team, based in Penrhynside, is providing service support for Krupps’ under-counter and pass-through dishwashers, as well as under-counter glass washers.
Its territory covers Anglesey, Conwy, Gwynedd, Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham and its service engineers, Carl Lewis and Will Pilling, will both be put through an intensive factory-based training course at Krupps’ facility in Padova.
The Italian dishwasher manufacturer is focused on selling its warewashing equipment to a wide variety of commercial customers, including pubs, restaurants, schools, kitchens, hospitals and care homes and expects to take a bigger market share thanks to new developments.
Its innovative iKloud technology makes its latest dishwasher the first in the UK to be controlled remotely using wi-fi, whilst all Krupps dishwashers sold will have a UK-wide installation, service and warranty package delivered through alliances such as that forged with Linda Lewis Kitchens.
Krupps’ UK manager, Riccardo Scuotto, said: “We are delighted to appoint Linda Lewis Kitchens as our service provider for North Wales. The company’s reputation in the market is second-to-none and it has a long heritage in working with Italian brands and providing exceptional service.”
Linda Lewis, MD of Linda Lewis Kitchens, added: “We established our North Wales division late in 2015, with the goal of attracting brands like Krupps, who wish to work with partners who understand the importance of after-sales service and ongoing support.
“We are delighted to have won the contract to service Krupps equipment in North Wales and to have elicited the trust of another prestigious Italian brand.”
This latest contract follows swiftly on from Dishwashers Direct winning Krupps’ central England servicing contract and Kaitakare covering the West Midlands and central Wales areas.
