Lincat will be introducing the Phoenix induction oven range, three new FriFri fryers, a new addition to the FilterFlow series of water boilers and a FriFri griddle at Hotelympia from the 5-8 March, in Excel, London on stand 1481.
Available in the spring, the Phoenix induction oven range is claimed to be powerful, energy efficient and robustly constructed. The induction hob top is said to be easy to clean and constructed from 6mm thick high impact resistant glass. It features six 1.185kW induction zones, with in-built pan detection to conserve energy and ensure that heat is not lost into the kitchen.
Below, a fan-assisted 6kW oven is designed to provide fast heat up times and is able to accommodate six 1/1 gastronorms. Heavy duty castors, to facilitate cleaning, are provided as standard.
Available from January, two of the new FriFri fryers are free standing versions of the 622 built-in models in the Basic + and Vision ranges. The third is a 622 Super Easy, which is not currently available as a built-in model.
All three are capable of producing over 60kg of chips or fried food per hour, whilst the Basic + and Vision 622s are said to offer the function and performance of their built-in counterparts in a free-standing format.
Also on display at Hotelympia will be a selection of equipment from Lincat’s Opus 800 range of heavy-duty prime cooking equipment. Launched in 2016/17, the Opus 800 range comprises 79 individual products, together with a full range of options and accessories. As such, it is Lincat’s largest new product launch for almost 20 years.
Marketing manager Helen Applewhite said: “We are looking forward to unveiling a varied selection of new and innovative products at Hotelympia. Whilst it’s a little too early to share all of the details, we hope that the information we can provide at this point will encourage customers old and new to visit the Lincat stand during the show to see our exciting new products for themselves.”
