Lincat has announced it will be showcasing new product ranges next at Catering Equipment Expo, part of the Restaurant Show.
The Opus 800 and the latest generation of FilterFlow water boilers will both feature at the event, which will take place at London Olympia from October 3-5.
The Opus 800 is an 80-strong range of heavy-duty prime cooking equipment, including ovens, fryers, griddles, grills and bratt pans. It boasts a stylish new look and is designed and engineered to provide enhanced performance, energy efficiency and serviceability, according to the manufacturer.
It also claimed that products are more powerful too, with the ability to be configured in a greater number of ways, to meet the needs of the busiest commercial kitchen.
Lincat introduced the FilterFlow range of automatic water boilers with built-in filtration in 2008, and is now introducing the next generation of FilterFlow models. According to Lincat, with enhanced self diagnostics, smaller footprints, timer modes and longer life filter cartridges, the new FilterFlow models set a new industry standard.
Helen Applewhite, Lincat’s marketing manager, said: “Our new Opus 800 heavy-duty products and FilterFlow water boilers are ideal for the restaurant and foodservice sectors.
“The Restaurant Show is an excellent opportunity for those owning, operating and working in restaurants, hotels, catering companies, cafes and leisure establishments across the UK to come and find out more about our new ranges.”
Included in Lincat’s Opus 800 range display are a six-burner gas range with drop down door; a cook and hold salamander; a 400mm twin electric fryer with pumped filtration; a gas chargrill; and an induction-top oven range.
Amongst the new FilterFlow models on display will be the standard EB3FX automatic water boiler, as well as two twin-tank models – the EB3FX/TT, which supplies water at two different temperatures, and the EB3FX/HC, which provides both hot and cold water.
