Lincat has added a new pizza deck oven to its Lynx 400 range of electric, light-duty catering equipment.
The compact LPDO is suitable for kitchens with limited countertop space. It has a firebrick base to produce what are said to be high-quality, crisp pizzas with authentic taste.
Able to cook pizzas up to 14 inches, the LPDO operates from a 13A plug, meaning operators can plug in and play.
Reaching a maximum of 400°C, the unit is equipped with a temperature display gauge for monitoring. An 18-minute timer and independently-controlled top and bottom elements should provide flexibility.
The LPDO is constructed from stainless steel and has robust door hinges. It is available in black, red or stainless steel, so can be used for front of house applications as well as back bar.
As with all Lincat equipment, the unit comes with a 2-year parts and labour warranty.
