Lincat’s board of directors in the UK is set for further change after the catering equipment manufacturer confirmed its finance chief will retire at the end of this year.
Terry Storey will step down in December, making way for Jonathan Dove to become the new finance director of the £30m-a-year company.
Dove has already joined the company ahead of the change and brings experience of senior finance roles in manufacturing groups, including Merck Chemicals and Schenck Process.
Managing director, Nick McDonald, said he expected Dove to provide great support for Lincat’s management team.
“Not only will he analyse and present the financial results across Lincat, Q90 and FriFri, but he will also help steer the business and ensure that we continue to meet our ambitious growth targets,” he said.
Storey, meanwhile, becomes the second Lincat director this year to call time on his career with the company and head for retirement.
The company’s sales director, Tony Aston, also announced he would be leaving before the end of 2014.
