The organisers of Scottish hospitality trade event, ScotHot, have announced a seven-day countdown until the show opens on 13-14 March 2019.
With just one week to go until the foodservice trade show, it is the last chance for dealers to secure a free ticket.
ScotHot expects to open its doors to over 7,000 key industry figures in a bid to share ideas and continue growing Scotland’s reputation as a “world-class culinary destination”.
Its programme will feature more than 200 exhibitors, educational talks and seminars from key industry figures and demonstrations from some of the country’s leading chefs, culminating in the Scottish Culinary Championships.
Attendees will also be able to view an extensive collection of innovative products and services, from induction hobs and EPOS systems, to speciality ingredients and small-batch gin.

Tickets are free for those working in Scotland’s food, drink, hospitality and tourism sectors, so come along and be inspired.”
Event highlights will include the Scottish Tourism Alliance Spotlight Stage, where expert speakers from across Scotland’s tourism and hospitality industries will discuss topical issues and current debates.
Sessions include ‘Scotland’s Food Tourism Strategy’, a panel of senior industry leaders who will take a closer look at how £1bn could be generated by keeping it local and Inapub CEO Barrie Poulter will share insights on growing brand awareness, engaging customers and creating effective content.
ScotHot runs every two years and now takes place as part of the Scottish Tourism Month’s Signature Events programme.
