Lainox has launched its new app ‘Service & Planner’, providing technicians with all the documentation and technical specifications they require at the touch of a button.
The new app means that technicians no longer need to leaf through thousands of documents to find the correct exploded view and technical specifications to repair a oven.
Available for free in the Apple Store and in the Google Play Store, the Lainox Service & Planner app can be accessed directly on a smartphone. Once the serial number has been entered, all of the documentation is available and replacement parts can be ordered directly via the smartphone app.
Developed with consultants and dealers in mind, all the documentation necessary for planning or presenting a sales offer is also available. The app provides technical specifications, 2D and 3D DWG and revit file.
