Italian warewasher manufacturer Krupps is using the coronavirus-caused international lockdown to run a series of online training sessions called ‘Krupps Smart Webinars’.
Export MD Riccardo Scuotto stated: “During this challenging period, we all have to draw on our initiative, and at Krupps has raced to put in place actions to improve our strength.
“We have for many years enabled remote service machine diagnostics, thanks to the ‘iKloud’ control installed in our products. Today this feature is a ‘must’ to maintain social distancing.
“With the webinars we continue to share Krupps’ knowledge with all of our dealers and distributors; we are able to remain in contact and continue to support them.”
The online sessions will be around 1 hour each and have been created in order to give necessary information about the products and their features.
The series begins today, Thursday 16 April, at 16:00 with the first commercial session updating participants on Krupps’ news, and continues on Wednesday 22 and Thursday 23 April with technical training.
Another three sessions will run on subsequent Thursdays at 16:00.
