Krupps’ export MD Riccardo Scuotto has visited Northern Ireland to engage with the warewasher manufacturer’s local distributor McNeill Hotelware and authorised service company, CBS.
The 2-day visit was arranged in order to collect feedback from existing clients and enquiries from potential ones. Pubs, restaurants, hotels and golf clubs in the areas are all reported to have chosen Krupps machines in order to meet their needs.
Scuotto commented: “Now we are becoming a leader in the warewasher market in Northern Ireland too, thanks to our innovative and high quality products and our business partners.”
The Bull and Ram in Ballynahinch Belfast welcomed Scuotto’s visit to the site, which houses two Krupps glass and dishwashing systems. Multi award winning chef and owner Kelan McMichael said: “We are happy to use Krupps machines with wi-fi connectivity for superior results and service.”
At the Seagoe Hotel in Craigavon, two new Krupps pass-through dishwashers are on the way to join the existing K209E glasswasher with wi-fi that is said to have satisfied the venue’s needs to the point that the head chef requested the entire kitchen’s washing system be replaced.
Another regional customer was the Ramada Encore Hotel in Belfast, which had FLES560E glasswasher with built-in softener installed. This model is at the top of the Krupps range with a wi-fi system for remote control and fresh water used in every cycle. Furthermore, Malone Golf Club is now waiting for a new FLE560E glasswasher with a reverse osmosis system.
Scuotto feels the Northern Ireland visit was extremely positive. “The solid collaboration with our Northern Irish partners will bring the Krupps brand an ever-increasing presence in all the local bars and kitchens where quality products and an efficient service is required,” he said.
