Warrington-headquartered servicing specialist Keeling Catering Engineers recently assisted local charity, Shannon’s Community Centre, by servicing its Rational combi oven free of charge.
The community centre is a hub based in the Penketh area of the town, and is used by local residents and businesses.
Keeling senior service technician, Tom Keeling, ensured that the complimentary service maintained the operational efficiency and performance of the Rational combi, reducing any potential downtime.
Patti Bradshaw, the manager at Shannon’s Community Centre said: “When I called Keeling Catering Engineers to schedule a service visit for our Rational oven, I did ask if they were willing to provide a discount, due to difficult times – we were absolutely over the moon when they agreed to service our oven free of charge.
“They also replaced new parts required free of charge and even fixed our industrial toaster. We can’t thank them enough. They went above and beyond to show us support during these very difficult times. Thank you so much from everyone at Shannon’s Community Centre.”
Keeling also emphasised that its service department remains open through lockdown to support and offer technical advice, keeping any disruption to a minimum.
