KCL’s Tech Tip Tuesdays aim to help professional kitchen designers make the most of the software provider’s existing features.

Foodservice design technology specialist KCL has announced its upcoming schedule for Tech Tip Tuesdays, a series of free weekly webinars.

Each 7pm GMT event will provide information on a focused topic in about 20 minutes. The sessions, delivered in real time, will conclude with a question-and-answer period.

Topics include an introduction to KCL’s BIM/CAD Designer for new users, as well as overviews of new tools, like KCL NapkinSketch, that creates detailed designs without a CAD or Revit program.

The webinars also help subscribers make the most of existing features, like custom blocks, and the ability to convert CAD to Revit and Revit to CAD. Later this spring, webinars will explore KCL efficiency tools, such as layer mapping and the Revit toolbar.

Kevin Kochman, president of KCL, reported: “We’ve had a wonderful response to Tech Tip Tuesdays. The webinars allow us to get our information to subscribers while also providing insights into how they use our design software.

“We use that feedback as we improve our time-saving tools and roll out new ones.”

The sessions will be recorded and archived on KCL’s YouTube channel.

Next year’s webinars begin on 7 January 2020 with a session covering the features and benefits of the full KCL toolbox for new and potential subscribers.

The design specialist has revealed its focus topics all the way to 31 March, with the latter helping users master KCL’s layer mapping tools.
