Kent-based distributor KCCJ has recently completed its latest project for repeat customer, Hand Picked Hotels.
Previously, works had included the design, supply, installation and project management of large kitchen schemes down to the supply of single items of catering equipment as well as designing and upgrading ventilation systems.
However, this was the first time that Hand Picked Hotels had requested a 9 metre three tier hot pass.
The hotel group required this for its Nutfield Priory Hotel in Surrey. KCCJ was able to provide the necessary equipment following a clear brief from the hotel’s head chef.
The old pass was removed from site and the new one installed within just over a day. The distributor praised its client for all of its input regarding the design and its team’s routes in and out of a tight kitchen.
Likewise, KCCJ received positive feedback from Doug Frame of Hand Picked Hotels, regarding its team on site.
