Goodchild joins from Lockhart, where he had been employed since March 2014. That role saw him responsible for the southern sales region, managing both the internal customer services and external sales teams.

Commenting on the new appointment, Slatter said: “After a long process of selection I am absolutely delighted that I was able to secure Richard’s services for KCCJ.

“This appointment is central to KCCJ’s growth plans and will insure as we move forward that we have a leading customer-focused figure at the helm.”

Goodchild commented: “I’m excited to have joined an excellent business in KCCJ. Kevin and I share very similar principles and opinions on how we run our business; we have some exciting growth plans and I am looking forward to working with the great team around me.”
