Indoor charcoal oven brand Josper has unveiled a new product line called Parrilla, its first ever open grill.
The unit features a hardwearing coal shelf that evenly radiates heat and a fully adjustable lower air vent and turbo fan to control the temperature and burn rate of the charcoal.
Josper hopes to build on the success of its flagship charcoal oven, which has made it the market leader in solid fuel appliances in the restaurant market.
The Parrilla also incorporates a fully height- and rake-adjustable cooking rack and a total grilling area of 910mm x 620mm for enhanced capacity. An innovative three spit electric rotisserie provides the option for a uniform browning and consistent even cooking of meat, fish and vegetables over the open coals.
Michael Eyre, product director of Jestic, the UK importer of Josper, insists the new model combines a unique cooking concept with an appliance that allows chefs to showcase their creative flair.
