Catering and laundry maintenance specialist JLA has recently strengthened its corporate team with the recruitment of a corporate development director (Sam Irving), corporate development manager (Alistair Clarke) and a new head of legal (Stephanie Beat).

JLA is a leading critical asset supply and service business in the UK, offering end-to-end solutions in laundry, catering, infection control, compliance and safety and consumables. Since 2013 the company has made 11 acquisitions across the laundry and catering sectors.

The firm stated: “Putting the customer first has always meant a flexible approach to acquisitions, from maintaining an autonomous business unit through to full integration; the decision is driven by the specific customer service requirements. With the new corporate team in place, the pace of growth is set to accelerate.”
