JLA continues to expand its catering product range with the introduction of single- and twin-deck models of pizza ovens. The units are said to be stylish and modern, and built to high specifications.
The servicing specialist believes the range is designed to balance quick turnaround times with exceptional food quality.
Suitable for a variety of commercial kitchens in hotels, pizzerias, restaurants, the ovens can cook up to 12 pizzas at a time, depending on the model. The firebrick base of the ovens is designed to achieve a crisp base for all pizzas from the thinnest crust to the thickest deep dish pie.
The new equipment also pulls double duty, as it has the ability to cook garlic breads, naans, ciabattas and even lasagne, pies and jacket potatoes.
The machines are all available on JLA’s Total Care plan, which the company says combines the pizza ovens with breakdown cover, 8 working-hour engineer response and no capital outlay or repair bills.
