Jestic welcomes accelerated cooking line into portfolio

The XpressChef 3i range of accelerated cooking appliances is now available through Jestic.

Jestic Foodservice Solutions has added to its equipment portfolio after securing a deal to become a master supplier for the XpressChef range of high speed ovens.

XpressChef from ACP high speed ovens are used by QSR operations around the world to deliver meals swiftly, and are available in a variety of footprints, capacities and cooking technologies.

The XpressChef 2C combines a 2,700W convection oven and a 1,400 or 1,900W microwave to produce what are said to be high quality baked goods fast. Suited for front or back of house, the 2C is compact, can cook a 12” pizza and is stackable, to increase throughput and save counter space.

The unit features a lift and pull handle and a full colour, multi-lingual LCD HD display. Ventless models with catalytic converters are also available.

The XpressChef 3i is claimed to provide best in its class speed and performance in a compact, front of house footprint. Available with 4,000 or 5000W of power, the three cooking technologies – impingement, convection and microwave, enables cooking a variety of foods on-demand.

The ventless 3i can be positioned anywhere without requiring ventilation systems. Safety features include the gasket-less inner door, which drops below the cooking surface for the safe removal of food from the cavity.

The 4i, with its 38-litre cavity enables high-volume, speed cooking – harnessing impingement, convection, infra-red radiant and microwave cooking technologies. Operators can use the appliance to bake, roast, grill, steam, and toast.

The 7” True Touch HD Touchscreen is fully customisable, and incorporates a HD image-based menu to eliminate any language and literacy barriers. The 4i is designed to be easy to clean, with features including pre-installed non-stick oven liners, two cleanable air filters, with a ‘clean filter’ reminder and the gasket-free door seal.

XpressChef will join Jestic Foodservice Solutions’ range of brands including Henny Penny, Josper, Wood Stone, Vitamix, Alfa, Metro, Edge, Sveba Dahlen, Venix, Irinox, Rotisol, Rosinox, Frontline International, Moduline, Antunes and Carlisle Foodservice Products.
