Moduline’s hydrogen peroxide atomiser is now available through Jestic.

Jestic Foodservice Solutions has expanded its portfolio of catering equipment after signing a deal to supply the range of cook and hold, warm, and retherm appliances from Italian manufacturer Moduline.

The deal also gives UK customers access to the Moduline hydrogen peroxide atomiser, which is designed to inactivate Covid-19 on surfaces and in the air.

Steve Morris, sales director at Jestic, commented: “Moduline has been designing and manufacturing advanced and easy to use professional appliances since 1989. The Moduline workflow philosophy has produced an exceptional range of products for every stage in the cooking process: from cook and hold, to chill, regenerating, through to hot holding – precisely controlling temperature and humidity to enhance flavour, whilst preserving moisture and nutrients of the food.

“Operators benefit from improved operational efficiencies and consistent quality, as food looks and tastes as if it has just been cooked.”

He continued: “Moduline’s spirit of innovation has risen to the challenge in the face of the coronavirus epidemic with its hydrogen peroxide atomiser, which dispenses a fine mist of hydrogen peroxide solution (7.5%) which is proven to inactivate Covid-19 on surfaces and in the air.

“The Moduline atomiser is proving very popular as it perfectly complements manual cleaning regimes and is providing the extra level of reassurance operators and customers are looking for as we start to come out of lockdown.”

Moduline will join Jestic Foodservice Equipment’s range of brands including Henny Penny, Josper, Wood Stone, Vitamix, Alfa, Metro, Edge, Sveba Dahlen, Venix, Irinox, Rotisol, Rosinox, Frontline International, Antunes and Carlisle Foodservice Products.
