Jestic introduces its first Rosinox product launch

The Rosinox Dual Chef features two large independently controlled kettles.

Jestic Foodservice Equipment has introduced its first new Rosinox addition since taking over the Ali Group brand’s supply last September.

The new Rosinox Dual Chef is a multi-purpose electric, double kettle cooker, which is said to be capable of successful performing a wide range of cooking functions.

Constructed from a high-grade stainless steel, the Dual Chef features two large independently controlled kettles. A uniform temperature is generated by flat heating elements and a three layer, 10mm metal base. Further consistency is claimed to be achieved thanks to a double-walled stainless steel lid, hinged and balanced with peripheral seals for greater heat retention.

The unit has a standard width of 800mm and 840mm depth, complete with rounded edges and 240V, single phase connectivity. The left kettle is set up for use as a fryer, pasta cooker, brat pan and boiling pan, while the right kettle features a brat pan, boiling top and fry top.

Featuring what are said to be two user-friendly, full colour, touchscreen displays, the appliance includes integrated USB connectivity and recipe memory. Suitable for groups and chains looking to maintain consistency across a full estate, the digital interface can enable menu items to be produced to a high quality, even by those with limited training.

Internally, the unit features hot and cold water connection and an integrated spout with volume control. A separate drain for food and cleaning water and a water spray gun with flexible swivel hose should aid efficient cleaning. A single food probe measures three points per kettle, while three further sensors prevent overheating.

The appliance is provided with an omelette scraper, gastronorm support tray and draining hopper, fryer basket and pasta basket as standard, as well as a design that incorporates three undercounter runners for storing gastronorm trays.
