Jestic has strengthened the range of Irinox equipment it carries with the addition of the brand’s smallest blast chiller yet.
Despite its diminutive size, the EF 10.1 is still able to pack a punch by delivering lasting freshness for operators.
Irinox’s Easy Fresh system continually adjusts the temperature, humidity and air speed for optimum quality, resulting in delicate and specific blast-chilling and shock-freezing that does not harm or dry out foods.
Everything from appetisers, soups, sauces, meat, fish and vegetables can be chilled down with the EF 10.1, while desserts and breads can be prepared in advance and chilled, ready to be stored in the best condition for as long as needed.
The unit will yield 10kg per cycle and has a temperature range of +90°C to +3°C for blast chilling and +90°C to -18°C for blast freezing.
The EF 10.1 measures just 535mm (W) x 655mm (D) x 760mm (H), making it ideal for the most compact of kitchens.
