Ventilation and drainage equipment supplier Interflow UK has added GIF’s ecoAzur air monitoring technology to its portfolio.

The system is said to save energy for commercial kitchens by monitoring the heat and vapours arising from cooking operations. It uses optical and thermal sensors linked to the building management system to adapt the airflow and ensure optimal air quality and ergonomics.

The product will formally be launched on stand J8 at this year’s Commercial Kitchen Show in Birmingham’s NEC on 6-7 June.
