Instock Group, along with its sister companies Pride Commercial Interiors and Prois, caused a storm at Scottish hospitality and tourism tradeshow ScotHot, held at SEC Glasgow on 13-14 March.
Pride Commercial Interiors, which specialises in restaurant and bar refurbishments, built a fully functioning bar to entertain guests at the stand. Rather than the normal temporary stand created for trade shows, Pride decided the best way to display its work was by recreating the real thing. The bar was fitted with appliances including dishwashers and glass machines. This allowed the dealer’s drinks ambassadors to create cocktails and drinks for all who visited.
Braehead foods were on hand creating canapés to for stand visitors, with its chefs creating selections to suit all tastebuds.
Furthermore, Instock was able to showcase its core business of catering and janitorial supplies to all who visited.
Prois, which is the commercial design consultant of the Instock Group, was able to display its kitchen and bar design skills, highlighting new technologies and also the potential available in both large and small spaces.
The sister companies joined by the team from JetChill who were able to demonstrate its new cocktail making machines such as the Cyclone and the JetChill.
