Instanta will continue to manufacture its water boilers in Southport.

From this month, all trading for water boiler brand Instanta is now through its parent company, Zip Water.

The Instanta business has been owned by Zip Water for a number of years, and is itself part of the wider global Culligan Group.

Instanta announced on its website: “Over recent months we have reviewed our business model and to enable the business to continue to deliver the exceptional products and services that you have come to expect from our brand, we have realigned our business, which means that you will see some changes to your day to day points of contact moving forward.”

From this month the complete range of Zip and Instanta branded products are available from a single point of contact. The firm will continue to manufacture in Southport in the UK where it has been manufacturing for over 60 years. Sales, finance and customer experience will be managed by the Zip Water team in Dereham, Norfolk.

As part of the move to a shared service centre, Instanta now has a centralised Culligan email address for its finance department.

Instanta further emphasised: “As well as having access to a wider product range, customers will benefit from a single source of supply of both brands and invoice, along with a single point of contact.”
