Instanta competes for maintenance business


Beverage equipment specialist Instanta has introduced what it calls a “flexible” service contract for its range of hot water boilers and chilled water dispensers.

The new maintenance plan offers a mix and match scheme to cover its CH1000 combined water boiler and cooler, WM series wall-mounted boilers, CT counter top range and the UC under-counter models.

Purchasers can choose between a one-year, three-year and five-year plan, which includes breakdown cover, sanitising where appropriate, and an annual inspection.

In addition, customers can opt to include a unit filter change and descale at regular intervals throughout the contract period as required.

With prices starting around £143 per unit per annum, Instanta insists the scheme offers “peace of mind and a guarantee that the Instanta appliance will continue to perform to its best ability for as long as possible”.
