Andrew Taylor has launched his own foodservice PR agency, Eat PR & Marketing.

Well-known industry marketeer Andrew Taylor has launched a specialist public relations and marketing business – Eat PR & Marketing.

Taylor, who has spent virtually his entire career in the foodservice sector, created Eat PR & Marketing with an ambition to help brands showcase their products and services by identifying effective communication channels with their customers. Supported by a blend of agency, manufacturer, FMCG and operator experience, the agency is aimed at delivering bespoke, customised campaigns for its clients.

Initially training as a chef, Taylor went on to spend many years honing his skills and experience at a leading foodservice agency. With a range of clients including global equipment manufacturers, food and drink producers, hotels and restaurants, his knowledge and expertise grew. Swapping agency life for client-side roles, he joined prominent equipment manufacturer, Welbilt, as marketing manager for Northern Europe, and has most recently held the role of brand manager for Knorr Professional at FMCG giant, Unilever.

Taylor commented: “Being able to support my clients through running my own agency has been a goal of mine for several years, but I knew it had to be the right time. In spite of the ongoing uncertainties across the industry, I am confident that I can use my experience and knowledge to support brands to engage with their customers – something that is crucial now more than ever.

“A specialist sector such as foodservice demands a high level of understanding, experience and ultimately, passion. Having spent the last decade in hospitality marketing, both agency and client-side, I can offer something unique – a clear awareness and understanding of my clients’ needs and of operator pain points. It’s this insight that will set Eat PR & Marketing out.”

Offering a range of services including public relations and marketing campaign planning, social media management, media relations, brand building, copy writing, creative design, photography and video, Eat PR & Marketing will endeavour to deliver a complete package for its clients.
