iFour Hospitality Design has outfitted Jan, a new single site restaurant and bar in Clapham, London, serving up Caspian flavours influenced by food and drink from the likes of Iran and Turkey.
The kitchen design house first got involved with the project after being approached by long time collaborators Food Concept Execution, which was looking for a company that could design and fit out the unique idea and bespoke project requirements to a high standard and without compromise.
The iFour team feels it has gone above and beyond this, meeting with the restaurant owner early on to understand exactly what was required in terms of equipment and utilisation of the space, but more importantly how it could execute the concept and really understand what Jan was trying to achieve from a customer perspective.
The firm built a relationship with the restaurant owners, project managers and staff leaders and was able to execute the food and bar service areas by taking on board every aspect that the team desired.
iFour director Paul Martin said: “It was a pleasure to work on the project, having previously worked with i-am Associates as the main branding and designer of the interiors, as well as working with Food Innovation Solutions on the kitchen and food concept execution, which we’ve worked with a number of times to great success.

The iFour team continue to stay involved with Jan throughout its launch, providing continuous support where needed.
