The Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HRC) show has signed up to reward forward-thinking suppliers for this year’s Catering Insight Awards.
The major exhibition is backing the Supplier of the Year – Sustainability category, which highlights those catering equipment manufacturers and suppliers that are championing environmental product development and energy efficient products.
The shortlist for this accolade was announced last Tuesday and comprises DC Products, Filta, Quintex, Ramco Foodservices and Unox.

Voting is now underway until 5pm on Friday 5 November, with senior supplier executives voting on the distributor categories and dealers choosing who triumphs out of the suppliers. All winners will be announced at the gala ceremony on Thursday 18 November at London’s 8 Northumberland Avenue. Tickets for the Catering Insight Awards are available HERE.

Catering Insight takes the safety of guests very seriously, and so will be implementing many measures ahead of and during the ceremony to mitigate Covid risks as much as feasible. The team has secured a larger space than would normally be required, to make sure there is plenty of extra room for social distancing if preferred. We have also opted for the largest possible tables (usually used for larger groups) so there is as much space during the presentation as possible.
Guests will be recommended to wear masks before, after and between the three courses of the evening’s meal. Finally, we will be asking all attendees to provide either proof of double vaccination or a negative lateral flow test within 48 hours of the event.
