Registration for the Hotel & Catering Show 2014 is now open, organisers of the show have announced.
Visitors can pre-register for free for the event, which takes place on March 11-12 at Bournemouth’s BIC.
Each registration entitles the visitor entry to the exhibition on both days, including seminar sessions, demonstrations and the networking reception on the first day of the show.
The event promises to attract chefs, hoteliers, cafe owners, publicans and hospitality proprietors, providing a platform to share knowledge and discuss business opportunities.
New for 2014 is the ‘Source Producers Market’, featuring independent regional producers, an interactive tasting area, ‘The Liquid Taste Experience’ and ‘Molecular Gastronomy’ demonstrations.
Industry chefs such as Michael Wignall, Tom Aikens and Sam Moody will be appearing at the show.
