The Great Hospitality Show, the new name for industry event, The Hospitality Show, is returning to the Birmingham NEC on 23-25 January 2017.
This edition will be supported by a team of ambassadors from across the foodservice industry, including Andreas Antona and Mike Coldicott, director of kitchen design consultants, Tricon, and renowned chef, Cyrus Todiwala OBE.
Each will be involved in debates, discussions and events in and around the show floor throughout the 3 days.
New elements will join old favourites, as the Salon Culinaire culinary competition is returning.
The Live Theatre, sponsored by Compass Group with equipment supplied by Manitowoc and Gram, will host many cooking competitions throughout the show.
Attractions such as the Business Briefing Stage will welcome insight, debate and discussion on the most relevant topics and trends making the headlines.
All of this is underpinned by exhibitors from fields including catering equipment, technology, interiors and tableware, who will showcase new innovations and services.
