Hobart Service has been awarded Mitchells and Butlers’ (M&B) Catering Contractor of the Year, with the operator citing Hobart’s “exceptional, consistently delivered” service offer and willingness to “go above and beyond” as key factors in its decision.
2019 represents the second year running that Hobart Service has been the recipient, which the firm believes recognises its dedication to continued improvement.
M&B’s head of building maintenance, John McCleary, visited Hobart’s Peterborough headquarters to present the award in person to Rachel Lapins, M&B’s account manager. He commented: “It is unprecedented for this award to go to the same contractor two years in a row.
“Hobart Service has consistently delivered exceptional service. They never fail to go above and beyond for Mitchells and Butlers. This is thoroughly deserved and a pleasure to present.”
In addition to the Catering Contractor of the Year gong, an additional award was presented to Rachel Coley, Hobart Service key accounts team leader, for Most Valued Player of the Year 2019. Coley was nominated by the Mitchells and Butlers BMC (Building Maintenance Contract) Helpdesk team.
