The Hobart Service team has been celebrating the award of Mitchells & Butlers National Catering Contractor of the Year 2018.
Mitchells & Butlers is one of the largest hospitality groups in the UK, operating over 1,700 restaurants and pubs.
The award is recognition of the partnership between the two firms, with continuous improvement in maintaining the Mitchells & Butlers estate, as its critical equipment is required to keep its sites open for service.
John McCleary, head of building maintenance, Mitchells & Butlers said: “This was awarded to Hobart Service in recognition of its outstanding commitment and dedication to driving continuous improvement in company performance supporting Mitchells & Butlers businesses in 2018.
“The decision was taken just before Christmas to award Hobart Service, and the support and dedication shown over the Christmas period further cemented that decision.”

This award recognises the collaborative approach to service delivery by the whole Hobart Service team, both in the field and from the office based in Peterborough.
Hobart Service is a business within a global manufacturing and service conglomerate, ITW, with the expertise, backup and resource that delivers. It has a close partnership with the now-merged Equipment Sales division.
Service programmes include year-round support; 24-hour access to technical, operator and spares information and access to 160 fully trained company-employed technicians.
