With and the long-awaited return of indoor hospitality from 17 May on the horizon, Hobart is realigning and reducing the prices of its Ecomax cooking products range.
The move, applicable for the foreseeable future, is the latest in a number of support strategies from the manufacturer to assist the hospitality industry following 12 months of uncertainty. The Ecomax brand is exclusively available via Hobart’s dealer partners – with the manufacturer hoping that its price pledge will give dealers an exclusive selling solution for customers requiring high performance at lower prices.
The new prices apply to the entire line-up, which includes cooking suites, ranges, fryers, chargrills, combi ovens, pasta cookers and salamanders.
Hobart has also included some previously optional choices for its ovens, including humidity control, automatic wash and internal multi point probes, into its standard packages.
Tim Bender, sales director, Hobart Equipment Division, said: “Following a highly successful first fortnight for outdoor hospitality, we now look ahead to mid-May for the full indoor restart.
“If initial interest and footfall are anything to go by, it’s going to be a busy summer. That’s why we’re encouraging sites who may be sitting on some very old equipment, or considering a purchase, to put their money into something new, now.”
He added: “Of course, it’s completely understandable that operators may be more protective over capital so our advice would be to consider the Ecomax range, alongside an interest-free finance deal (which now includes a 3-month payment holiday) as the perfect ‘benefit-now-pay-later’ restart package.”
