Hobart’s dealer exclusive Ecomax range of equipment is undergoing what the manufacturer is calling the ‘next logical stage of its journey’, as the portfolio expands to include a reliable, value-for-money range of cooking products.
Created in 2003, the Ecomax brand has traditionally offered dishwashers for the requirements of small and medium businesses, giving dealers an exclusive selling solution for customers requiring high performance at lower prices.
Available now, the new cooking range typifies that ethos, and includes all the equipment needed to make a complete cooking suite, from ranges and fryers to chargrills, combi ovens, pasta cookers and salamanders.
Tim Bender, sales director, Hobart Equipment Division, says: “This is very much the next logical stage on the Ecomax journey – made possible by the reunification of Hobart’s Warewash and Cooking divisions, respectively.
