Nisbets’ National Catering Equipment Centre (NCEC) in Bristol is set to play host to a streamed live cooking event on 16 April.

The ACP/Menumaster XpressChef high speed oven, provided to the UK market by the Nisbets group via European supplier, Culimat, will be demonstrated in the online event.

The webcast will be open to operators with a Facebook account who are looking for high speed cooking technology.

The XpressChef units are said to cost as little as a toasted sandwich to run per day and require little to no cuisine experience to operate, which can ease the issue of understaffing in kitchens.

The event will be live-streamed from the NCEC via the Culimat Facebook page from 11am on 16 April with a live Q&A session during the demo.

The stream will demonstrate the unit’s cooking performance as well as explain the features and benefits of its built in wifi, quick cooling down capability, true touch screen and safer lower door, as well as showcasing the rest of the Menumaster microwave family.
