Temporary kitchen specialist PKL has been shortlisted for a local Business of the Year award.
The company, which employs 80 people, is up for the Gloucestershire accolade following projects involving the London Olympics, Cirque Du Soleil and a number of mining camps in Africa.
“This recognition from our local area is very important to all of us,” said sales and marketing director Lee Vines. “It’s a strong category this year and obviously we would love to come away with the award.”
PKL Group has more than 900 temporary kitchen units available for short or long-term rental, to provide catering facilities during refurbishments, events and emergencies.
It also supplies permanent kitchen solutions, through both the contract rental of catering equipment and modular kitchen buildings.
