Hampshire catering equipment distributor HCE is to fit the restaurant kitchen for a hotly-awaited boutique hotel opening in Mayfair early next year.
The Beaumont, developed by restaurant innovators Corbin and King, is scheduled to open in Balderton Street at the start of 2014, based within a 1920s Art Deco structure originally used as a garage.
The restaurant facilities for the 75-room venue were designed by foodservice consultants SeftonHornWinch, which has a history of working on prestigious Corbin and King projects.
HCE, which is based in Eastleigh, will supply the equipment for the scheme and carry out the installation work.
HCE has completed projects involving a number of hotel groups in the past, including the Savoy, Radisson Blu, Elite, Corinthia, Hilton and Bvlgari.
