Granuldisk takes the steam out of pot washing

Granuldisk is launching a new steam-reduction unit for its flagship Granule Smart pot washing system.

The addition of the unit means that considerablly less steam leaves the machine after the wash cycle is finished.

This consequently improves the room climate and leaves a better working environment for the operator, especially in small washing areas with poor ventilation.

Sweden-based Granuldisk also says that pots and pans are easier to handle directly after the wash cycle has concluded. The temperature of the washware is lower as the the cabin is cooled down during the steam reduction process.

The firm plans to give the international distribution market a first look at the new unit at the upcoming Sirha exhibition in Lyon.

Granuldisk is well-known for its pot washing equipment, which makes use of tiny blue plastic pellets and water to mechanically scrub pots and pans clean.
