Grande Cuisine to unveil next-generation cooking equipment


Grande Cuisine will be unveiling its range of specialist Adventys cooking equipment, including its next-generation table top cooking solution, at the Hospitality Show.

The BRIC3000 has a new set of temperature controls and power settings resulting in enhanced energy savings that exceed conventional catering equipment.

The newly-enhanced BRIC, available from February 2015, gives the operator the option of either cooking by specific temperature or power requirement, which is ideal where precise temperature cooking is required.

To mark the launch of the BRIC3000, Adventys and Grande Cuisine will be showcasing a limited edition ‘clearly the best’ unit. With just 500 pieces on offer the limited edition product features clear ceran glass giving an inside view of the unit to demonstrate its quality.

Grande Cuisine will also be showcasing items from the current Adventys equipment range including the single phase ‘plug and play’ range and its 3-phase heavy duty range supreme professional cooking solution which features a 2-zone and 4 zone induction cooking top and 2-zone induction Plancha.

Induction cookware is ideal for all types of cooking, achieving exceptional performance while also providing incredible energy efficiency.
