Grande Cuisine will be partnering with Sous Vide Tools on stand C2 at the Commercial Kitchen show on 6-7 June in the Birmingham NEC.
Embracing the opportunity for a partnership, Grande Cuisine will display a range of complementary Adventys products that are suitable for finishing products cooked sous vide.
To cater for those who want to vary the menu but don’t wish to have large equipment permanently in-situ, a range of Adventys table-top ‘plug and play’ products will be on show, including portable induction units, that can be interchanged as needed. Whether used for street food stands, temporary pop-ups, or simply in schools looking to ring the changes, the ‘plug and play’ modules promise fast cooking and require only a 13A socket to function.
The BGIC3000 Plancha unit features induction technology that heats the steel cooking plate, which will not absorb cooking oils and fats, whilst the surrounding area stays cool to the touch. Built in safety features include timed delay turn off and warning light when cooking plate is cooling after use.
The twin ring B2RIC3000 induction module is claimed to be twice as fast as other cooking methods and can be used to sear, braise, boil, sauté, shallow fry and stir fry. The 12 heat levels promise consistent results.
Also featured will be a new induction sideboard with a footprint of 1,600mm (long) x 800mm (deep) which also operates from a single 13A plug.
Sous Vide Tools’ chef director Chris Holland will be cooking on the stand, as well as offering practical advice on all things sous vide-related.
