Grande Cuisine has expanded its office-based support team with the appointment of Izzi Chapman as customer service co-ordinator.
She takes over the role previously held by Jack Leask, who is moving to a new position within the company as a field engineer.
Grande Cuisine MD Steve Hobbs said: “The ongoing success of Grande Cuisine, and the Athanor and Mareno brands, meant that we needed to grow the team in order to continue providing the levels of service and support for which we are renowned.
“Izzi will be responsible for the customer service aspects of the business, including service/maintenance calls and parts management. She will also play a part in supporting sales activity, as well as carrying out specific responsibilities relating to health and safety and compliance within the company.”
Hobbs added: “I am also delighted that Jack will be taking the service and spare parts knowledge that he has accumulated during his time with us out into the field where it will be put to excellent use.”
