Goodfellows teams up with top Spanish chefs


Luxury tableware and kitchen equipment business Goodfellows is bringing over a group of top chefs from Spain to demonstrate the latest art of culinary magic to the British market.

Angel Salvador, Martin Lippo and Jordi Cruz will use equipment from Goodfellows’ Chefonomy range at the three-day Skills for Chefs conference. It kicks off tomorrow in Sheffield.

The trio will use the kit to demonstrate the latest techniques in areas such as spherification, thermal circulation, liquid nitrogen and C02.

Goodfellows will also be showcasing its exclusive tableware, which will be used in the demonstrations and workshops.

“We were delighted to be invited to showcase our Chefonomy brand at the conference, and to be able to work with our partners MSK Specialist Ingredients to bring in such well-respected industry names to demonstrate the latest techniques,” said managing director Valda Goodfellow.

“We describe Chefonomy as the art of future cooking. It encompasses all the tools and equipment professional chefs need to be able to combine innovation with creativity.

Operating from its London showroom and headquarters in County Durham, Goodfellows works with top hotels, restaurants and sporting venues across the UK.
