Garners Food Service Equipment has been named as the lead catering contractor by Sticks’n’Sushi for the fourth time, at a location in Chelsea.
At the restaurants Cambridge site, which was the first location Garners worked on, the restaurant’s horseshoe-shaped theatre kitchen called for the company to provide Yakitori grills and an island style prep area.
The project team at Garners ensured the client’s specification was met and consequently equipped the restaurant for its unique style of serving.
Walk-in chillers, custom sushi display cases and top-brand rice cookers now contribute toward the kitchen’s food output, and with the kitchen being an integral part of the restaurant’s aesthetic, design was high on the Sticks’n’Sushi’s list of priorities.
Following the Cambridge project, Sticks’n’Sushi recruited Garners to work on restaurants in Oxford and Victoria.
Now, Garners are working on a new project for Sticks’nSushi in Chelsea.
