Garland endorses induction technology

The Garland Induction 3500 Single Griddle from Manitowoc Foodservice is designed to be a compact, controlled and energy efficient electric unit suitable for use in a busy kitchen environment.

Capable of providing rapid heat, the 3500 is said to feature even heat distribution and accurate temperature monitoring across its entire surface.

Concentrated electromagnetic energy focuses heat directly to the product being cooked, which means the heat is not wasted into the atmosphere, like with traditional gas burners.
