Gamble launches versatile Shuttle in UK


Switching between high capacity conveyor cooking and precise control for menu variet at the touch of a button, the Ovention Shuttle, now available from Gamble Foodservice Solutions, is the latest in a new generation of ovens from the Ovention range.

Following the success of the Ovention Matchbox, the Ovention Shuttle has two oven technologies built into one; delivering the throughput benefits of an improved conveyor, alongside the ultimate cooking control which has proved so popular with the Matchbox oven.

Ovention’s ‘Precision Impingement’ technology, means caterers can enjoy the best of both worlds switching between a traditional conveyor for maximum throughput of a high-volume menu item during peak periods, and precise cooking of added-value dishes when footfall is lower.

The Ovention Shuttle has customised temperature, time and blower speeds for each item, without the need for a hood.
The Shuttle uses a one-touch, easy-to-follow Graphical User Interface-based (GUI) control system to ensure easy, effective operation and features up to 1,000 unique cook settings as well as four peak time conveyor mode settings.

It also has three catalytic converters, a USB port and front panel cooling system.

Easy-to-use touchpads and stepper motor automation moves food into the oven cavity in under three seconds so that food can begin cooking immediately, reducing loading time to increase kitchen productivity.

When nothing is being cooked (whilst in conveyor mode) there is also a handy E-Save mode which automatically closes the doors.
