Cooking equipment manufacturer Frima has unveiled a new online portal aimed at dealers and service partners wishing to access information relating to its products.
The firm says it will give distributors one place through which to source all the sales and technical information they need.
The portal is free to use, but requires users to register their details first to gain access.
The VarioCooking Center producer says the site contains complete product and service information, as well as ordering details for appliances and spares.
It is also home to technical documents, spec sheets, manuals and brochures for all models and accessories, as well as product and company news.
A video library that includes demonstrations of how to use the VarioCooking Center and an introduction to CookingLive seminars is available too.
Additionally, the portal features links to Frima Service World, which offers an emergency technical hotline and a catalogue of service parts that can be viewed online or downloaded.
The Service World element of the site features technical training schedules and registration details, as well as information, calculators and examples of how Frima’s equipment can provide ROI.
