The latest raft of appointments for Birmingham coffee machine manufacturer Fracino brings the team to 70-strong.
The 17 new positions, which include engineering roles, service engineers, boiler manufacturers and assembly line operatives, are based in Fracino’s 45,000ft2 espresso equipment manufacturing facility.
A third production line has also been installed at the factory to meet increased demand, and a multi-million pound investment programme has brought benefits which the manufacturer believes including cutting-edge production and fabrication equipment and modern, energy saving technology.
Achieving double-digit sales growth annually since 2009, the team sells thousands of machines every year to customers including Subway, Patisserie Valerie, Living Ventures Restaurant Group, AMT Coffee and Pathfinder pub chains. The manufacturer also exports to over 70 countries worldwide.
Developing the next generation of engineers remains a high priority with Fracino introducing its own in-house training certification for engineers in 2015.
Adrian Maxwell, Fracino MD, said: “The new roles complement our expansion strategy as we continue to mark growth both in the UK and overseas. Our leading systems and equipment, coupled with our vibrant research and development programme which drives our new products, will further fuel innovation and the production of our award-winning, world class espresso machines.”
